Weatherby Consulting President Ben Edwards recently spoke at the 2014 VRMA Conference in San Diego on financial management and budgeting for vacation rental professionals. Edwards presented one session that covered the fundamentals and touched on basic considerations, as well as an in-depth four hour boot camp incorporating more hands-on knowledge of how to manage the financial landscape and use budgeting as a foundational tool to grow the business and meet future goals.
